Meridi is a tech recruitment agency based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
If you submit a role as a company, we collect your name, work email, company name and the details you share about the role.
If you join our talent network as a candidate, we collect the information you choose to share: name, email, LinkedIn profile, current role, experience, preferences, salary expectation, notice period and, if you upload one, your CV.
We do not collect information you have not actively provided through a form or email.
We process candidate information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the talent network form. We process company contact information on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Your information is accessible only to Meridi's founders. Candidate details are never presented to a company without your knowledge and consent.
Form submissions and CV uploads are stored with Supabase, our database and file-storage provider. Fonts on this website are served by Google Fonts.
We keep candidate information for as long as it remains relevant to potential opportunities, and we review stored information periodically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@meridi.io. We will respond directly.
If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
