Average first shortlist is 48 hours from the role brief. The graph query itself takes minutes; the time goes into verifying availability and briefing candidates before we introduce them.

Because more is worse. Ten CVs means you do the screening. One to three means we did. Every candidate we send has been matched on the data, verified on a call, and aligned on salary expectations.
